Transfer Admissions
At St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, we develop students to be morally responsible leaders, preparing them for active work towards a more just and civil society. We believe that the answers to the world's complex problems live within people who have yet to discover all they can accomplish.
St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ welcomes approximately 350 transfer students each year – roughly 20% of our students. Through class projects, internships and other practical application opportunities, you will be prepared to make a positive impact in a career, grad school or wherever you go from here.
Minnesota Transfer Curriculum
St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ now accepts the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC)! Transfer students who complete the MnTC will satisfy almost all core curriculum requirements here.
How will your credits transfer

Scholarships

Ally Starks '25
After attending Johns Hopkins University for a year, Ally Starks '25 decided that a change of pace was in order. She switched from studying pre-med molecular and cellular biology at Johns Hopkins to majoring in exercise science on a pre-physical therapy track in the Morrison Family College of Health at the University of St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.
Viviana Ruiz '23
Transferring from Texas A&M, Viviana Ruiz, became a double major in Catholic studies and communication studies. Vivian credits the phenomenal job St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ does in promoting events to transfer students.
Luana Karl '23
With a major in journalism and a minor in political science, Luana had to navigate American college life as a transfer student from Brazil. Creating a St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ chapter for a Brazilian student organization, Luana's hope is that other Brazilian students find a home at St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.
