Previously Earned College Credit
Post-Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) and College In the Schools (CIS)
Students who have earned credit though PSEO or CIS must arrange to have an official transcript sent from the institution from which the credit was earned to St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in order for those credits to be evaluated and reflected on the St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ record. The transcripts should be submitted after final grades are posted and preferably at least two weeks prior to attending the O&R program, if possible.

- Students are required to submit an official transcript from all institutions from which credit has been earned, even if the PSEO and CIS classes may be reflected on the high school transcript. Please note that college credit will not be evaluated from a high school record to a St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ record.
- Courses with earned grades of a C- or higher will be reflected on the St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ record. All credits must be reported. Picking and choosing specific transfer credits to be reflected on the St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ record is not allowed.
- The Course Preference Form will prompt students to list all college/university classes completed or anticipated.

Academic advising is a teaching and learning process that involves students' personal academic records. For this reason, we are required to directly consult with students about their enrollment questions. Parents, family members and/or any other third party are encouraged to coach students about this advising conversation but they should not communicate on behalf of their student.
Advanced Placement (AP)
- All AP scores must be officially submitted to St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ directly from the College Board. Student should contact the and have scores officially sent to St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. The code for St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ is 6110.
- St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ credit is awarded for some academic subjects for a score of 3 or higher; other subjects require a score of 4 or higher. If a score for a particular exam is high enough, four credits and an S (satisfactory) grade will be awarded for a specific subject area.
- The Course Preference Form will prompt students to list all AP test scores completed or anticipated.

International Baccalaureate (IB)
- International Baccalaureate (IB) transcripts must be officially sent to St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. Please view the for instructions.
- To earn IB credit, all exams (with the exception of world languages) must be taken at the higher level. Students who pass the higher level IB examination(s) with a score of 4 or higher will usually receive 4 credits in the corresponding academic discipline.
- Results of IB exams are not available until the month of August. Students will be prompted to provide specific information about any IB exams taken/anticipated when completing the Course Preference Form.
