Transferring Credit
Transferring coursework taken at another post-secondary institution to be accepted for credit at the University of St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ doesn't have to be complicated.
- Review Transfer Credit Policies in the undergraduate catalog.
- Use the transfer credit tool to determine how credit received from another institution will transfer.
- Complete the Transfer Credit Pre-Approval Form to have a transfer course approved prior to registration.
Undergraduate Post-Matriculation Transfer Credit Limit
Students who first become degree-seeking at St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ beginning with the Fall 2013 semester and for all subsequent semesters may count a maximum of eight additional transfer credits taken after the date of matriculation at St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ toward core requirements, with no more than four of those credits counting toward any one core requirement area (for instance, Language and Culture or Literature and Writing). This limit applies only to post-matriculation transfer credits and therefore does not apply to courses taken through a St. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ study abroad program or through the ACTC.
